Your experience begins at Zazú Alameda, where you’ll meet one of the local coordinators from the More than a City Break team. Whether hosted by a Valencian local or by expat who has spent years deeply immersed in Valencian traditions, gastronomy and lifestyle — the experience is designed to feel personal, relaxed and authentic.
While escaping the hottest hours of the Valencian summer in a comfortable and vibrant atmosphere, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of three carefully selected Spanish and Valencian wines. During the tasting, your coordinator will introduce you to the Valencian way of life, local culinary traditions, wine culture and insider recommendations that most visitors never discover.
As the city begins to cool and the golden evening light transforms Valencia, the experience continues with a walking route around the exterior of the iconic City of Arts & Sciences. This is not a conventional historical tour filled with endless dates and facts, but a relaxed cultural experience focused on the transformation of Valencia, the stories behind this futuristic area and the lifestyle that defines the city today.
The evening finishes with a Mediterranean dinner experience in a lively local atmosphere. We created a menu of selected Spanish and Mediterranean tapas and main dishes accompanied by a drink while enjoying live entertainment. Every evening is different: depending on the day, the live show may include musicians, singers, dancers, acrobats, violin performances, DJs or other surprise performances that create a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
Throughout the experience, your local coordinator remains with the group to ensure a welcoming, social and carefully hosted evening from beginning to end.
